ज्ञानविज्ञानतृप्तात्मा कूटस्थो विजितेन्द्रियः। युक्त इत्युच्यते योगी समलोष्टाश्मकाञ्चनः।।6.8।।
Transliteration
jñāna-vijñāna-tṛiptātmā kūṭa-stho vijitendriyaḥ yukta ityuchyate yogī sama-loṣhṭāśhma-kāñchanaḥ
Word by Word
The yogi who drinks deeply from both knowledge and direct realization becomes a vessel so full that the world's storms cannot disturb the still center within. This is not a yogi of escape, but of conquest—one who has mastered the senses not by denial but by seeing through them.
When you touch gold or clay with equal detachment, you have arrived at the truth that nothing external can touch your eternal Self.
