Mahakatha exclusively offers digital products. Once purchase approval occurs, order processing begins — typically completing within one hour but potentially extending to 24 hours.

Upon confirmation, customers receive an email at their registered address serving as an electronic receipt. This correspondence includes your access details. We provide support to help you get started.

Access is for your personal use. Sharing or misuse of your account is prohibited, and we reserve the right to end access for violators.

Refunds

We emphasize customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds as a rule.

Exception: refund requests made after you have accessed our product are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.

Any refund requests must be submitted within 48 days of the original purchase date. The timing window and discretionary approval process represent the core parameters governing refund consideration for digital product purchases.
