Simplified Perspective

Arjuna speaks a truth that lives in every human heart—the mind is a wild force, more turbulent than wind itself, impossible to harness through force alone. The Vedantic masters knew this: the mind cannot be conquered by suppression, only by understanding and gentle redirection toward the Self.

When you stop fighting your restlessness and instead offer it to something greater—to breath, to mantra, to the presence of the Divine—the mind naturally settles, like dust in still water.
