Simplified Perspective

Krishna reveals that the yogi who seeks him must first become serene within—mastering fear and the restless mind through disciplined living. This is not denial of life, but the organized energy of one whose consciousness has turned from the world's pull toward the divine alone.

In our rushed modern lives, this teaches us that meditation without first stabilizing our emotional and ethical foundation is like building on sand; we must establish inner peace and clear intention before we can truly touch the sacred.
