Word by Word

mayi unto me
sarvāṇi all
karmāṇi works
sannyasya renouncing completely
adhyātma-chetasā with the thoughts resting on God
nirāśhīḥ free from hankering for the results of the actions
nirmamaḥ without ownership
bhūtvā so being
yudhyasva fight
vigata-jvaraḥ without mental fever
Simplified Perspective

Krishna reveals the heart of karma yoga: offer every action to the Divine, not to yourself. When you work with your consciousness anchored in God rather than in ego, results lose their grip on you—anxiety dissolves.

This is not escapism but liberation within action. Today, you can apply this by starting your work with an internal dedication: 'I do this for the highest good, not for my personal gain,' and notice how pressure and fear naturally release.
