Simplified Perspective

Krishna now offers Arjuna the supreme gift: the intellect purified by analytical wisdom and yoga discipline. This buddhi—this intelligent understanding—is not mere intellectual knowledge, but direct insight into the nature of action and the self beyond action.

When your mind is yoked to this living wisdom, the chains of karma lose their power to bind you, and you stand free. In our modern lives, this teaches us that liberation comes not from avoiding work, but from transforming our relationship to work through clear seeing and spiritual practice.
