सहस्रयुगपर्यन्तमहर्यद्ब्रह्मणो विदुः। रात्रिं युगसहस्रान्तां तेऽहोरात्रविदो जनाः।।8.17।।
Transliteration
sahasra-yuga-paryantam ahar yad brahmaṇo viduḥ rātriṁ yuga-sahasrāntāṁ te ’ho-rātra-vido janāḥ

Simplified Perspective
4 billion year cycle that dwarfs human lifespans into mere moments. Yet this isn't meant to diminish you, but to liberate you from the tyranny of temporal thinking.
When you grasp that time itself is a play of consciousness, you begin to live in the eternal present where true freedom dwells.
