Simplified Perspective

Krishna speaks a truth as direct as sunrise: the uncontrolled mind cannot reach yoga, no matter how desperately it grasps. But the soul that brings its restless nature into harmony—through steady practice and the right method—discovers that liberation is not distant or impossible, but naturally available.

In our scattered modern lives, we chase mastery without first taming the inner wilderness; the teaching invites us to reverse this: discipline the mind first, and every spiritual fruit becomes effortless.
