Chapter 6 · Verse 28 · Dhyana Yoga
Bhagavad Gita 6.28
Sanskrit
युञ्जन्नेवं सदाऽऽत्मानं योगी विगतकल्मषः। सुखेन ब्रह्मसंस्पर्शमत्यन्तं सुखमश्नुते।।6.28।।
Transliteration
yuñjann evaṁ sadātmānaṁ yogī vigata-kalmaṣhaḥ sukhena brahma-sansparśham atyantaṁ sukham aśhnute
Word by Word
When you unite your individual self with the Divine through constant practice, you become purified of all karmic stain and enter a natural state of unshakeable wholeness. The yogi doesn't chase happiness—happiness finds them, because they've aligned with the eternal current of Brahman itself.
This isn't mystical fantasy; it's the direct result of training your mind to rest in what is already whole within you. Start today by sitting quietly for even five minutes, releasing your grip on outcomes, and letting your awareness settle into its own radiance.
