Simplified Perspective

Krishna reveals the threshold of true meditation: a happiness so complete that the intellect itself becomes the instrument of knowing it, transcending all sensory boundaries. This is not the fleeting joy of the world, but the eternal bliss discovered when consciousness settles into its own nature.

Once you taste this unshakeable peace, the soul never again strays from truth—for it has found what it was always seeking. In modern practice, this means learning to distinguish between distraction and genuine inner rest, anchoring yourself in moments of simple, wordless presence until they become your home.
