Simplified Perspective

When the senses move through their objects without the poison of craving or rejection, you remain untouched—like lotus leaves in water. This is not suppression but mastery: your mind stays yours, your actions clean, your heart open to grace.

In a world of endless stimulation, this teaching shows us how to engage fully without being devoured by desire, finding the quiet ground of peace within each moment.
