Simplified Perspective

Sattvic happiness arrives like a poison that becomes nectar — what tastes bitter at first, in the crucible of discipline and self-inquiry, transforms into the sweetness of liberation. This is not the pleasure of the senses, but the profound satisfaction that blooms when the mind recognizes its own nature through clarity and grace.

When you sit with difficulty, doubt, or the sharp edges of truth-seeking, you are tasting the beginning. Stay present.

The nectar comes to those who do not flee the fire of transformation. In your work today, notice what feels hard now but aligns with your deepest values — that is sattvic happiness finding you.
