Simplified Perspective

The Lord reveals here a profound truth: food is not merely fuel for the body, but a direct gateway to consciousness itself. When you eat with awareness and choose nourishment that sustains both flesh and spirit, you align your very biology with sattva—the frequency of clarity, harmony, and truth.

In our modern age of processed convenience, this teaching invites us to reclaim the sacred act of eating as a spiritual practice that strengthens not just our bodies, but our capacity to hear the voice of the Self within.
