Simplified Perspective

The Lord reveals that even our most basic act—eating—carries the fingerprint of consciousness itself. Food is never neutral; it shapes the body, mind, and spirit according to three qualities.

Just as food transforms us, so do our sacrifices, disciplines, and gifts; each reveals the depth of our inner nature. When you choose what you consume—whether nourishment, words, or experiences—you are sculpting your capacity for truth and freedom.
