Simplified Perspective

Krishna reveals himself as the vital fire within every living body—the sacred digestion that transforms food into life itself. He is not distant or abstract, but intimately present in the most fundamental processes of your existence, balancing breath and metabolism to sustain you moment by moment.

This verse invites us to recognize the Divine working through our very biology, transforming what we consume into consciousness and vitality. When you eat with this awareness, every meal becomes a communion with the eternal presence that animates all life.
