Simplified Perspective

Krishna reveals here the secret sustaining force behind all existence—He permeates the earth and holds every creature in being through His energy, becoming the very essence of nourishment that flows through moon and plant alike. This is not an abstract cosmic principle but the intimate presence of the Divine maintaining your breath, your body, your life at every moment.

When you truly recognize this, the urgency to grasp and control dissolves, replaced by a quiet trust that you are held within an intelligence far vaster than your ego.
