Simplified Perspective

The three gunas are not separate forces—they are the very fabric of manifestation, eternally dancing in and out of dominance within your consciousness. When sattva prevails, you glimpse your true nature; when rajas or tamas rise, you forget.

The sacred teaching here is that this play is not punishment but the mechanism of your awakening: by witnessing which guna is active in you right now, without judgment, you begin to transcend them all. —and using that awareness itself as the first step toward freedom.
