Simplified Perspective

Arjuna's thirteenth question marks a turning point—he moves from the battlefield of action into the deeper inquiry of consciousness itself. He asks Krishna to reveal the distinction between Prakriti (the field of matter and change) and Purusha (the eternal witness-self), and between knowledge itself and what is known.

' In your own life, this moment arrives when you recognize that understanding the difference between your body-mind and your unchanging essence is the foundation of all real freedom.
