Bhagavad Gita 11.7
Sanskrit
इहैकस्थं जगत्कृत्स्नं पश्याद्य सचराचरम्। मम देहे गुडाकेश यच्चान्यद्द्रष्टुमिच्छसि।।11.7।।
Transliteration
ihaika-sthaṁ jagat kṛitsnaṁ paśhyādya sa-charācharam mama dehe guḍākeśha yach chānyad draṣhṭum ichchhasi
Word by Word
In this moment of supreme grace, Krishna unveils the infinite cosmos contained within His divine form—all moving and non-moving creation dwelling simultaneously in His being. This is not mere cosmic display, but the revealed truth that the entire universe, with all its apparent separation and diversity, abides as one unified consciousness.
When you truly see this vision, the illusion of your isolated ego dissolves, and you recognize yourself as inseparable from the whole. In your own meditation today, pause and feel how the breath that moves through you is the same breath animating all existence—this simple recognition begins to dissolve the walls between self and world.
