Simplified Perspective

All beings—from the smallest creature to the mightiest king—are caught in an endless cycle of birth and dissolution, helpless as waves rising and falling with the cosmic tide. Each night of Brahma dissolves all creation; each dawn brings it forth again.

This is not punishment but the very nature of manifest existence, a teaching that awakens us to seek the Eternal beyond time itself. When you recognize that your body and circumstances are temporary instruments in an infinite play, you stop clinging to outcomes and begin to serve with a liberated heart.
