स तया श्रद्धया युक्तस्तस्याराधनमीहते। लभते च ततः कामान्मयैव विहितान् हि तान्।।7.22।।
Transliteration
sa tayā śhraddhayā yuktas tasyārādhanam īhate labhate cha tataḥ kāmān mayaiva vihitān hi tān
In plain words
You've been praying and hoping for something. A relationship, money, a child, healing, a sense of purpose. It hasn't come, and you wonder if anyone is listening. Krishna says that when a person worships with faith, it is he who gives that faith its fruit. That's a teaching about where every blessing comes from. It isn't a promise of any particular result. So keep praying honestly. Keep doing your part. And be gentle with yourself while you wait.
