Bhagavad Gita 6.41
Sanskrit
प्राप्य पुण्यकृतां लोकानुषित्वा शाश्वतीः समाः। शुचीनां श्रीमतां गेहे योगभ्रष्टोऽभिजायते।।6.41।।
Transliteration
prāpya puṇya-kṛitāṁ lokān uṣhitvā śhāśhvatīḥ samāḥ śhuchīnāṁ śhrīmatāṁ gehe yoga-bhraṣhṭo’bhijāyate
Word by Word
The spiritual journey is never wasted—even the yogi who falls away from practice ascends to blessed realms, dwells there through many ages, then returns to birth in a worthy family to continue the work of liberation. This sacred continuity reveals that every sincere effort toward truth compounds across lifetimes, that failure is merely a pause in an infinite journey.
For us today, this means we need not fear our stumbles in meditation or dharma; each breath of intention, each moment of remembrance, seeds the future.
