Simplified Perspective

Krishna reveals the heart of yoga: not as contortion or technique, but as the radical severance from suffering itself. When the mind rests in its own nature, unburdened by the world's wounds, that is yoga.

The Vedas call this the state of union with the Self—where separation from pain is not absence, but presence of Truth. In your own practice today, this means: each time you notice yourself clinging to old hurts or fears, gently remember that yoga is your birthright to let them go.
