Simplified Perspective

This verse reveals the paradox that liberation blooms not through striving outward, but through finding the source of joy already dwelling within your own being. When the yogi discovers that infinite light and bliss reside in the inner sanctum of consciousness itself—needing nothing from the world—that person becomes established in Brahman, the ultimate reality beyond all becoming and dissolution.

This is not escapism but the deepest fulfillment: you stop chasing happiness in changing circumstances and rest as the unchanging witness of all experience. In your daily life, this means pausing throughout the day to notice: where am I genuinely content right now, independent of outcomes?
