Simplified Perspective

Krishna reveals that all sincere seekers—whether they practice breath control, regulate their diet, or offer their life-force itself into the sacred fire of discipline—are truly performing yajna, the cosmic sacrifice that purifies the heart. Each path, though appearing different on the surface, dissolves the bondage of karma when undertaken with understanding and reverence.

When you offer your daily struggles, your appetites, your very breath into the altar of self-awareness, you transform ordinary living into an act of worship that liberates you from guilt and small-mindedness.
