सक्ताः कर्मण्यविद्वांसो यथा कुर्वन्ति भारत। कुर्याद्विद्वांस्तथासक्तश्िचकीर्षुर्लोकसंग्रहम्।।3.25।।

Transliteration

saktāḥ karmaṇyavidvānso yathā kurvanti bhārata kuryād vidvāns tathāsaktaśh chikīrṣhur loka-saṅgraham

Simplified Perspective

The ignorant act with desperate attachment to results, driven by ego and fear; the wise perform the same duties with a free heart, unbound by outcome. This is the sacred paradox of karma yoga—the enlightened one works *more* diligently than the masses, but from a place of inner liberation.

When you release your grip on what your work 'should' bring you, you become a clear channel for grace, and your actions naturally serve the whole world.
