कर्म ब्रह्मोद्भवं विद्धि ब्रह्माक्षरसमुद्भवम्। तस्मात्सर्वगतं ब्रह्म नित्यं यज्ञे प्रतिष्ठितम्।।3.15।।

karma brahmodbhavaṁ viddhi brahmākṣhara-samudbhavam tasmāt sarva-gataṁ brahma nityaṁ yajñe pratiṣhṭhitam
In plain words
You're wondering if what you do matters, if your small daily acts mean anything in a broken world. Krishna says: every honest action you take—every time you show up, care for someone, do your work with integrity—is sacred because it connects you directly to something larger than your doubt. Your job isn't to fix everything or see the whole picture; it's to act faithfully where you are, and that itself is the healing.

Krishna reveals that all action flows from the Vedas, which themselves emanate from the imperishable Brahman—the ultimate source. This means every duty you perform is sacred because it participates in the cosmic order itself, eternally upheld through sacrifice and service.
When you act with this understanding, your work becomes worship, your labor becomes liberation, and your daily responsibilities transform into a direct encounter with the Divine.
