श्रुतिविप्रतिपन्ना ते यदा स्थास्यति निश्चला। समाधावचला बुद्धिस्तदा योगमवाप्स्यसि।।2.53।।

Transliteration

śhruti-vipratipannā te yadā sthāsyati niśhchalā samādhāv-achalā buddhis tadā yogam avāpsyasi

हिंदी अर्थ

जब तुम्हारी बुद्धि सभी शास्त्रों की विभिन्न बातों से व्यथित होकर भी दृढ़ और निश्चल हो जाएगी, तब तुम योग को प्राप्त कर लोगे। अर्थात्, जब तुम्हारा मन सभी बातों पर ध्यान दिए बिना केवल परमात्मा में स्थिर हो जाएगा, तो तुम सच्चे योग को पा लोगे।

When your intellect no longer chases the endless promises of ritual and worldly gain—when it rests steady in the pure consciousness of the present moment—then yoga arrives, not as achievement but as recognition of what you already are. The Vedas themselves point beyond their own words to this silent knowing.
