ईश्वरः सर्वभूतानां हृद्देशेऽर्जुन तिष्ठति।भ्रामयन्सर्वभूतानि यन्त्रारूढानि मायया।।18.61।।
Transliteration
īśhvaraḥ sarva-bhūtānāṁ hṛid-deśhe ‘rjuna tiṣhṭhati bhrāmayan sarva-bhūtāni yantrārūḍhāni māyayā
In plain words
You are not the one steering this ship alone—and that exhaustion you feel from trying to control everything, fix everything, hold everything together, is the weight of a burden that was never yours to carry. Krishna says: God is present in the heart of every being, moving all things, and you are the conscious witness within it all, not the puppet master. When you stop fighting to control the outcome and trust that you are held within a larger intelligence, the suffocating pressure can lift, and you can finally breathe and act from a place of peace instead of fear.
