Simplified Perspective

Krishna now reveals the three-fold nature of intellect and determination itself—showing us that even our capacity to know and decide is colored by the gunas we embody. This is the liberating insight: what we thought was 'our' mind is actually a field of natural forces playing out.

When you observe your own thoughts without claiming ownership of them, you begin to step into the witness consciousness that transcends all three gunas, becoming the seer rather than the seen.
