Simplified Perspective

The Supreme Lord reveals the hallmark of one who has transcended the three gunas—they neither cling to illumination and activity when they arise, nor do they despair when delusion and inertia prevail. This is the freedom of equanimity, where the sage remains unmoved by the dance of nature's qualities, rooted instead in their eternal, unchanging Self.

When you stop resisting what appears and stop grasping for what you believe you lack, you step into genuine peace—not as suppression, but as true non-attachment.
