Meaning:
Whatever sins were committed by my actions or works,
Whatever sins I performed with my hands, or my feet, or my speech, or body,
Whatever sins were committed by my ears and eyes, or by my mind and thoughts within.

Sarvam-Etat-Kshamasva
Jaya Jaya Karunna-Abdhe
Shri Maha Dheva Shambho ||

Whatever sins were committed while performing holy rituals,
Or by self-judgment, or even by mere habit, knowing or unknowingly, please forgive them all,
O Sri Mahadeva Shiva Shambho, I surrender to you.
