Meaning:
Before dawn, I invoke your name, Lord Shiva,
For you destroy all worldly fears and protect all beings.
I visualize your glorious form, as the one who holds the river Ganga on your head,
A bull as your vehicle, and Devi Ambika, your other divine half.

|| Khattvaanga Shoola Varada
Abhaya Hastamisham
Samsaara Roga Haram
Aussadham Advitiiyam ||

Meaning:
With your powerful healing hands,
You bestow healing and fearlessness on all.
And like medicine, you rid all beings,
Of the illness of delusion and doubt with ease.
